1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that the standard delivery time of 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Due to current Covid-19 Movement Control Order situation, please do expect delivery delay.Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order's status. Alternatively, if you already have a tracking number, please feel free to check the status via the selected courier service provider's website.

2. What is the area covered?
Our delivery covers Malaysia only.

3. What should I do when my order is delivered?
You are encouraged to check your order to ensure that they are delivered completely in good condition.

4. I received an incomplete order, what should I do?
Please notify us immediately so we can assist you promptly.

5. Within how long should I inform Jual Letop about damaged/ incomplete/ incorrect items delivered?
You are required to notify us within 24 hours upon receiving damaged/incomplete/incorrect items best to include a picture as supporting proof. We will assist you immediately.

6. Can Jual Letop deliver my order to my office?
Jual Letop will deliver your order according to the address provided during checkout, regardless whether it is a home or office address. Customers must make sure there will be somebody there to receive the order.

Payment

What are the payment options?
We offer the following payment options:
  • FPX (Online Banking)
  • PayPal (Credit Card)
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash as payment. Due to safety reasons, our delivery team cannot carry cash with them.

Return and Refund

We urge all customers to please inspect your orders upon delivery. We strive our best to deliver our items in the best possible condition. However, in the event that we have accidentally failed you by sending you goods that are damaged/broken/expired, please flag out these instances to our delivery personnel IMMEDIATELY so that we can make arrangements to deliver the replacement to you soonest possible.

In instances where the damaged goods are not easily identifiable (e.g. Damaged content is only detected upon opening of packaging), please do notify us on our Facebook page (during working hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) within 24 hrs from the delivery date. Please keep the damaged item and the original copy of your Delivery Order for our verification when we deliver your replacement item as we will not be able to process your replacement item otherwise.

Please note that, unfortunately, refund will not be provided for confirmed orders.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any payment amount made through promo code is not entitled to cancellation and refund. Subject to the terms and conditions, customers may initiate the refund process by communicating with Jual Letop’s Customer Support at +6017-228 5958 via WhatsApp or Facebook Messaging. The refund will be made to the customer's credit card/debit card or designated bank account. Please be informed refund request will take up to 1-3 months.
